By accessing or using SherehePlatform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of SherehePlatform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and agree to these Terms, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers agree to provide accurate descriptions of their services and pricing, honor bookings made through the platform, maintain professional standards and behavior, and comply with all applicable Tanzanian business regulations.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring all events comply with applicable Tanzanian laws, managing contributions and payments transparently, communicating clearly with service providers and guests, and obtaining necessary permits for public events.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through supported mobile money services. SherehePlatform charges a service fee on applicable transactions. Refund policies for cancelled events are determined by the event organizer, subject to our platform guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or violate any applicable Tanzanian laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
